The power of movement is everywhere if you know where to look. Movement will make you happy, will free you from worries, free your mind from guilt. Movement makes you stronger physically and mentally. Get moving to live happily and in good health.

I have over 20 years of experience in movement, wellbeing and holistic practices. My approach is grounded, compassionate and adaptable, meeting people where they are rather than where they think they “should” be.

I believe in creating inclusive, supportive spaces that encourage both physical awareness and mental ease. My work blends movement, breath and sound to support overall wellbeing in a way that feels accessible and respectful.

I currently teach alongside other professional commitments and offer sessions on a limited, part-time basis.
